I was born in New Jersey but relocated to Wilmington to attend UNC-Wilmington. I have grown up around mostly cats but enjoy all animals. While Atlantic Animal Hospital is not the first veterinary office I have worked at, I am glad to be a part of this family. The unconditional love and companionship that animals provide has helped steer my career path. My position here provides me amazing experiences which I hope will prepare me for attending veterinary school someday.

Arieonna is all about animals, adventure, and chasing big dreams! With 3 years of experience in the animal care field, she’s on an exciting journey toward becoming a large animal veterinarian. She spends her free time tearing up the dog sport scene with her two energetic pups, Fiji and Ezra. At home, her furry (and scaly) crew includes her cat Jade and a ball python named Haze. Whether she’s at the clinic or on the agility course, Arieonna brings a love for animals wherever she goes.

Maura joined our team in July 2024, bringing over five years of varied experience working with animals and a deep passion for continuing her career in the animal care field.
A proud pet parent to her adorable French Bulldog, Fez, Maura’s enthusiasm for animals extends beyond her work. She’s lived in various places, but Wilmington has captured her heart, and she’s thrilled to be part of the community.
