COVID-19 Response

In light of the emergence of COVID- 19 and the recommendations of the CDC, we want to do our part to ensure the safety and health of our employees, clients and their families while also making sure your pet's medical needs are met. Starting March 17, 2020 we will be implementing the following changes to our daily protocols. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we all navigate this time together.

All Doggie Daycare, Day Boarding and Bathing pets will drop-off at the employee gate at the opposite end of the office entrance. An employee will transfer your pet to one of our leashes and sign them in. You will pick-up your pet in the same place when you return. Please call when you arrive to let us know you are here 910-256-2624. If your pet is found to be due for any of the required updates, to be left in our care, we will complete those while your pet is here. If you have questions on if your pet is due for any updates, please call our office in advance.

All other appointments: To encourage social distancing we request you wait in your car and call our office when you arrive. We will have a staff member come to get you when they are ready for you. Each room is thoroughly disinfected between clients. We ask clients to stay in their exam rooms during the entirety of their appointment. If you prefer to stay in the car during your appointment, please address that with the staff member when they come out. If you are dropping your pet off for services or surgery, our team member will let you know pickup instructions when they call you with an update on your pet or at the time you leave them with us.

If you are in quarantine or are in an "at risk" category but your pet requires medical attention, please contact us to see how we may be able to facilitate getting your pet cared for.

If you need medications or food for your pet we have several socially distant methods to assist you. You are welcome to order from our online store at or call ahead and you can pay over the phone and then we can bring it to your car when you arrive. We can also mail small packages of medication to your home or review other options to accommodate your pet medication needs.

Please note that our staff has been instructed to limit contact and keep space between themselves and clients during this time. We want to make sure as many of us stay healthy during this situation and ensure we have adequate staff to meet your pet's medical needs.

If we find it necessary to change any other procedures or have any updates to these we will post them on our Facebook page, website and send an email update to clients with emails on file. Please continue to read signage on our doors and do your best to keep yourself healthy and safe.
