I was born in the beautiful state of Hawaii then moved to Massachusetts and then Arizona where I was raised. I moved to North Carolina so I could be back near the ocean and to live on the East Coast. I wanted to work in an animal hospital because I have an overwhelming love and passion for animals and I want to help them in their time of need. I love how innocent and loving animals are and want to make an impact in any way I can. I have experience as a vet's assistant and have rescued animals of many species such as dogs, horses, squirrels and even pigs. I have learned a lot working in a veterinary clinic as well as learning many life lessons from my wonderful adopted son who has special needs. I adopted him when he was just a baby and is now 8 years old and has been a true blessing. I am married and I have 7 children, 6 who are now grown and moved out along with my fur babies which include 2 dogs, 1 kitten and hamsters. I hope continue to make a difference with every pet I come in contact with as well as their owners.
